A series of portraits featuring artist Bashir Aziz, who embraces the striking patterning caused by an autoimmune disease that leads to a loss of skin pigmentation. However, upon first glance, one might assume that he has vitiligo. The truth is that Bashir's condition could also have been caused by exposure to an x-ray during pregnancy. Despite this, Bashir has learnt to see the beauty in his unique appearance.
